ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed tto direct the 2nd respondent to register the FIR on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 20.11.2021, in C.S.R.No.1083 of 2021.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner lodged a complaint on 20.11.2021 and CSR No.1083 of 2021 assigned, but, no action has been taken.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in this case CSR No.1083 of 2021 assigned. Both the petitioner and the counter complainant called for enquiry on 10.12.2021 and the dispute between the petitioner and the counter complainant had been resolved and closed.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not aware about any settlement and further submitted that the petitioner had not agreed for the closure of complaint and he is not aware about the closure of the complaint.

5. In view of the same, the respondent police to serve a copy of the enquiry report to the petitioner and thereafter, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
