CRP(NPD).No.705 of 2008 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., By an order dated 01.11.2018 while allowing the above said CRP.

(NPD).No.705 of 2008, this Court directed the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Salem to dispose of the Wakf Tribunal case in W.O.P.No.14 of 1999, within a period of four months along with costs of Rs.5,000/-.

2.Now the the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Salem, seeks permission of this Court to extend time to dispose of the matter, by vide letter D.No.2169/2019, dated 04.11.2019 further period of four months.

3.Considering the reasons mentioned in the said letter, I am inclined to extend time limit by another period of twelve weeks to enable the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Salem, to dispose of the case.
