ORDER

(MADE BY DR. S.VIMALA, J.) The petitioner, the father of the detenue, has filed the present petition, seeking production of his minor daughter, Hemavathi, aged 14 years, before this Court and hand over custody of her to the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor submits that the detenue has surrendered before the Judicial Magistrate, Ambur and custody of the detenue has been handed over to the father of the detenue, who is the petitioner herein. The document relating to the surrender of the detenue before the Judicial Magistrate, Ambur is produced before this Court.
