Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1 st respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.394/2016/Sa.Pa, dated 05.02.2016 and quash the same and consequently directing the 1 st respondent to issue suitable directions to the 2 nd respondent to disburse the petitioner's balance subsistence allowance comes around to the tune of Rs.56,912/- for the period from 01.11.2013 to 23.07.2014 and interest for the period from 01.11.2013 to 13.12.2015 to the tune of Rs.17,194/- totaling in all 1/4
to the tune of Rs.74,106/-.

ORDER
Writ Petition is filed for a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order dated 05.02.2016 and for a direction to the 1 st respondent to issue suitable directions to the 2 nd respondent to disburse the petitioner's balance subsistence allowance to the tune of Rs.56,912/- along with interest.
2. Both the learned counsels submit that the balance subsistence allowance of Rs.56,912/- was paid to the petitioner vide cheque dated 05.04.2016 and therefore nothing further survives for adjudication in the writ petition.
In the light of the above submissions made by learned counsels, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected WMP is closed.
