ORDER

(Made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) It is fairly submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the challenge fashioned in the writ petition may be impermissible.

2. The challenge is to an order passed under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. As is evident from a reading of the statute, a secured creditor can seek assistance for dealing with the secured asset by approaching the authorities specified in Section 14 of the Act.

3. In view of the fair submission made on behalf of the petitioner, W.P.No.1336 of 2021 is dismissed. The merits of the matter have not been gone into and the petitioner is left free to pursue other remedies that may be available to the petitioner. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.1500 of 2021 also stands dismissed.
