Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Thiruvannamalai, to expedite the hearing in CC.No.107 of 2018 and complete the same, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
