Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondent herein to convene the extraordinary special meeting of the executive committee members, J.127 Sholur Primary Agriculture Co-operative Credit Society, Sholur, Nilgiris District, which has already been scheduled to be held on 20.10.2014 by the proceedings dated 13.10.2014 with regard to proposal of the no confidence motion against the 2nd respondent. The petitioner has come up with this petition, seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to convene the extraordinary special meeting of the executive committee members, J.127 Sholur Primary Agriculture Co-operative Credit Society, Sholur, Nilgiris District, for the purpose of considering no confidence motion against the 2nd respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent submitted that the term of office bearers had already expired and hence nothing survives in this writ petition.
