1. This application is filed by the Defendant in the above suit to grant leave to the Applicant to file the documents 1 to 14 described in the schedule to the Judges Summons and to receive the same and mark them as exhibits in the above suit.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the documents sought to be marked.

3. Considering the nature of the documents sought to be marked by the Applicant, the said documents are directed to be received in evidence and marked as exhibits, however subject to proof, relevancy and admissibility. The Respondents are at liberty to make any legal objections at the time of marking those documents before the concerned Master. The objections, if any raised by the Respondents, shall be recorded by the said Master and validity of such objections will be decided at the time of final disposal of the main suit. Post before the Additional Master-III on 29.01.2024 for marking the documents as sought for by the Petitioner. The evidence is directed to be recorded through Video Conferencing.

4. With the above observations, this application is allowed, as prayed for 23.01.2024 1/3
