This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the fair and decreetal order in I.A.No.4860 of 2006 in I.A.No.18902 of 2005 in O.S.No.8069 of 2000, on the file of the II Assistant City Civil Court at Madras.

O R D E R

By an order dated 24.09.2018, this Court had directed notice to the respondents by substituted service in C.M.P.No.7698 of 2018. This Court had also directed the learned counsel for petitioner to effect the substituted service on or before 03.10.2018 and adjourned the matter to 04.10.2018.

2. When the matter was listed on 08.10.2018, the learned counsel for petitioner would submit that by oversight he had not complied with the earlier order of this Court dated 24.09.2018 and sought further time. Therefore, this Court had extended the time till 25.10.2018 i.e., today.

3. Even today, this Court finds that the learned counsel for petitioner has not been complied with the said order even after this Court had given her an adequate time for compliance of the order and the notice has also not been effected on the respondents.

4. In view of the fact that the petitioner's counsel has not complied with the order of this Court, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default.

No costs.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
