COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed challenging the Award of the Industrial Tribunal cum Labour Court, Puducherry, in I.D.(L) Nos.4,5,6,7 & 10 dated 15.09.2021 and I.D.(L).No.8 of 2015 dated 07.10.2021.
2. Heard Mr.Balan Haridas, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent in all the Writ Petitions and perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent Management has filed a copy of the memo of understanding stating that the petitioners have agreed to enter into some settlement with the respondent Management, thereby receiving the full and final settlement in respect of the dispute raised in these Writ Petitions.
4. However, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he did not receive any instructions regarding the settlement from the petitioners.

5. Since the respondent has filed the very memo of understanding in which several workmen including the petitioners involved in these Writ Petitions affixed their signatures admitting the amount received by them, I feel nothing remains for any further adjudication in these Writ Petitions
6. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are closed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
