The Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of CPC against the judgment and decree in A.S.No.168 of 1999 dated 13.11.2001 on the file of the Additional District Judge, Villupuram in confirming the judgement and decree in O.S.No.117 of 1995 dated 30.08.1999 on the file of Principal District Munsif, Tirukoilur.

2. In both the second appeals, the sole appellant died. Even till today, the LR's of the appellant did not take any steps to implead them as LR's of the sole appellant. It shows that they have no interest to proceed with the appeal further.

3. Accordingly, both the second appeals are dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
