PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, call for the records relating to impugned summons issued by the 1st respondent under Section 91 of Cr.P.C., dated 08.01.2024 and quash the same with regard to the petitioner.

ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed challenging the summons issued by the 1st respondent under Section 91 of Cr.P.C., dated 08.01.2024. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that subsequently search warrant was permitted by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur and based on the same, the search was conducted and the relevant properties were also seized. A copy of the mahazer was also produced before this Court.

3.In the light of the above development, the summons that was issued to the petitioner has become infructuous and recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed.
