J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel for the appellant has filed a memo stating that a letter sent to the appellant which has been returned with an endorsement that the addressee was "dead" and therefore, the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has became infructuous.

2.In view of the above submissions and memo, the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the legal representatives of the deceased appellant to file appropriate application to restore this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. No cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
