This petition has been filed to extend further period of four months time to file the final report in V and AC, Chennai City -II, Crime No.07/2019 as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14673 of 2019, dated 09.07.2019.

2. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) that after following procedures, sanction has been obtained and charge sheet would be filed soon. The period sought for four months to file charge sheet is outer limit and since the sanction is obtained, the charge sheet could be filed, immediately before the Trial Court.

3. Considering the same, the period of four months is extended.
