The above civil revision petition has been filed against the order dated 20.11.2007 in R.E.A.No.358 of 2007 in R.E.P.No.188 of 2007 in O.S.No.293 of 1999 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Salem.

2. It is submitted that the sole respondent has died two years back and is no more. However, no steps have been taken till today. In such view of the matter, the civil revision petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
