These applications coming on this day before this Court for hearing in the presence of M/s S.Shyamala, Advocate for the applicant herein, and Mr.S.Raju, Administrator General and Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu, the respondent herein, appearing in person and upon reading the Judge's Summons and the Affidavit, Reply Affidavit of A.K.Thameem Ansari filed herein, and the Counter Report of the Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu filed herein, and the Additional Report of the respondent filed herein, the court made the following order:- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned AG&OT filed a report, wherein, it has been stated that the tenant-applicant had agreed to pay the monthly rent of Rs.9,500/-, commencing from 01.03.2022 for a period of three years. Further, it has been stated that the tenant also agreed to pay the difference of security deposit as per the enhanced rent. 2.Since the applicant had settled the matter with the AG & OT, the application is disposed of in terms of the additional report, dated 30.03.2022, filed by the learned AG&OT.
