The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to survey the petitioner's property comprised in S.Nos.67/1 and 67/3 situated at Belathur Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District and to fix the boundaries for fencing the property by considering the representation dated 10.12.2022 within a stipulated period.
2. In order to survey the land of the petitioner situated at Belathur Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District comprised in S.Nos.67/1 and 67/3, the petitioner has given an application on 10.12.2022 and paid the necessary fee through on-line on 09.12.2022. Therefore, in order to consider the said application and to do the needful within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court, the petitioner has moved the present writ petition.
3. Heard Mr.M.Mohammed Riyaz, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
4. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 2/4
respondents would submit that the said application submitted by the petitioner along with the fee paid by him would be considered and the needful would be undertaken by the respondents within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition and having regard to the said stand taken by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order: That there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 10.12.2022 and do the needful by completing the survey within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
