ORDER

The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 49, 318(2) of BNS 2023 r/w Section 23(1) of Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (Prevention of Sex Selection) Act 1994 and 34 of National Medical Commission Act, 2019 in Crime No.464 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police seek anticipatory bail. 1/4

2. Earlier, this Court dismissed the petitioner's bail petition on 17.12.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.34486 of 2025 on the following reasons: " 5. I have perused the statement recorded from one of the arrested accused and also the statement of the victim incorporated in the FIR, which reveal that the petitioner was actively involved in the commission of the offence. If the petitioner is released on bail, there is a likelyhood of her engaging in similar activities. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner".

3. Now, the present petition has been filed without any change in circumstances after the dismissal of the petitioner's earlier bail petition. This clearly shows that the petitioner has abused the process of law. Hence, I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 29.01.2026 Vv 2/4
