A.Nos.1182, 1183 and 1184 of 2022 in C.S.No.663 of 2015 V. BHAVANI SUBBAROYAN, J.

Application No.1182 of 2022 has been filed to condone the delay of 145 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 2nd defendant.

2.Application No.1183 of 2022 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 2nd defendant/2nd respondent in C.S.No.663 of 2015.

3.Application No.1184 of 2022 has been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 9-15 being the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd defendant/2nd respondent as defendants in the above suit. 4.Heard both sides.

Pam 5.Learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objection in allowing these applications.

6.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in these affidavits filed in support of these applications, these applications are allowed as prayed for. 7.Learned counsel for the applicant/plaintiff is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.

8.Notice to the newly impleaded defendants returnable by 11.04.2022. Private notice is also permitted.

9.Post the matter on 11.04.2022.
