ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order in I.A.No.6 of 2023 in O.S.No.566 of 2020 dated 17.11.2023 pending on the file of the District Munsif Court at Sendamangalam. Today, when the matter is called for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the main suit in O.S.No.566 of 2020 itself was dismissed for default on 19.08.2025. In view of the above submissions, no further adjudication is required in this petition. Accordingly this Civil Revision Petition stands closed. No costs. However, the petitioners are at liberty to revive this petition, in case of restoration of the suit. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
