PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to call for the FIR No.436 of 2015 for the alleged offence under Section 147, 148, 452, 294(b), 387 and 506(ii) IPC pending on the file of 1st respondent and quash the same.

O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) When the matter was earlier listed on 19.01.202, there was no representation for the petitioners and thereby, this Court had directed the matter to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" today i.e, 21.01.2021.

2. Even today, when the matter was called in the morning there was no representation for the petitioners and thereby, the matter was again taken up at 2.15 p.m. Even now, there is no representation for the petitioners.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that it is a case of the year 2015, though major part of the investigation is over and because of the stay, 1st respondent is unable to file the final report. 4. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

5. It is submitted that it is a case is of the year 2015, though when the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal" today there is no representation for the petitioners even for the second time.

6. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed for non prosecution.
