Assistant (Geography) for the panel year 2016-2017 and to confer him promotion to the post of B.T. Assistant (Geography) on par with his juniors on the basis of the recommendation made by the third respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.114/2016 dated 10.09.2016 with all consequential service and monetary benefits within a specified period that may be stipulated by this Court. ORDER

The petitioner has come to this Court seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to include his name in the panel drawn for promotion to the post of B.T. Assistant (Geography) for the panel year 2016-2017 and to confer him promotion to the post of B.T. Assistant (Geography) on par with his juniors on the basis of the recommendation made by the third respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.114/2016 dated 10.09.2016 with all https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

consequential service and monetary benefits within a specified period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.Drawing the notice of this Court to the recommendation dated 10.09.2016 made by the third respondent Headmaster, Government High School, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a direction may be given to consider the case of the petitioner on the basis of the said recommendation. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, who sought four weeks time to consider and pass appropriate orders.

4.Considering the submission made on either side and the limited relief sought for in this petition, this Court directs the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the basis of the recommendation made by the third respondent.

5.With this direction, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
