ORDER
The petitioner, who apprehends arrest by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B), 25 of NDPS Act, 1985 in Crime No. 355 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The allegation against the petitioner is that he supplied 8 kgs of ganja to A1 in this case. The police arrested A1, and his statement revealed that this petitioner is the supplier. Hence apprehending arrest, this petition has been filed.
3. Earlier, this Court dismissed the anticipatory bail of the petitioner twice in Crl.OP.Nos.27938 & 30103 of 2025 dated 14.10.2025 & 05.11.2025 respectively, on the ground that it is a case of transportation and possession of huge quantity of 8 kgs of ganja.
4. There is no change in circumstances established before this Court to revisit the earlier order.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 21-01-2026 drl
