This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent police to submit the final report in Cr.No.1/2015 on the file of the Respondent Police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that police have conducted investigation and awaiting the report of the Revenue Divisional Officer and Serological report from the Forensic Department.

It appears that the petitioner has given a representation dated 28.01.2015 to the District Superintendent of Police, suspecting involvement of some persons. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The petitioner is directed to appear in person before the Investigating Officer and give the said representation and on such representation being given, the same shall be looked into by the Investigating Officer and investigation shall be done in proper lines With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
