O R D E R

This petition has been filed for seeking direction to direct the first to third respondents to give police protection to the petitioner by his representation letter dated 31.01.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since the petitioner is a public interested person, he filed many petitions against government officials and the police officers. Based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 14.02.2017 before the first respondent, case was not registered by the police, instead of that a false case has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.71 of 2017.

3. Heard Mr.r.Chakkaravarthy, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first to third respondents.

4. On perusal on records, several cases have been registered as against the petitioner. Now he apprehends threat from the respondents 4 to 7 herein. There is no specific allegations as against the respondents 4 to 7 herein. Therefore, police protection cannot be granted by this Court. However, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint on fresh cause of action before the jurisdictional police.

5. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
