2. It is the contention of the applicant that subsequent to the filing of the above application, the applicant came to know of two other properties belonging to the respondent. Therefore, it has to be included in the schedule.

3. Despite service of notice, there is no appearance on behalf of respondent.

4. Accordingly, the instant application is ordered. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and also the physical presence of Page 2/4

lawyers not possible, due to the pandemic period. The applicant is directed to file the amended copy of the application by 11.09.2020.
