ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the name of enquiry.
2.The grievance of the petitioner is that on the complaint of one Anitha, Section 41A notice has been issued against the petitioner. The said Anitha earlier had two marriages, suppressing the same, she married the petitioner. She belong to Scheduled Community, later she converted to Muslim Community and married the petitioner, due to the matrimonial dispute, later gave Thalak and also lodged complaint against the petitioner. The petitioner had been issued with Section 41 A notice. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that Section 41 A notice has been issued to the petitioner and it is for the petitioner to participate in the investigation and he https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
further submits that issuance of notice would not amount to any harassment.
4.Recording the same, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
