ORDER

This contempt petition has arisen out of the interim order passed by this Court on 20.11.2008 in W.P.M.P.No.6470 of 2006 in W.P.No.5990 of 2006.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the main writ petition in W.P.No.5990 of 2006 itself was dismissed by this Court on 18.08.2010.

3. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
