Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that in pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the award has been passed and he has also produced the copy of the award. The learned Government Advocate would also submit that since there is a dispute with regard to the title of the property, the matter has been referred to Civil Court.

2. Considering the fact that as the award has been passed and the matter has also been referred to the Civil Court, the order passed by this Court is duly complied with. Hence, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
