ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to issue sub-division patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition based on the petitioner's application dated 25.11.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Since the said application has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
2. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 2 to 4 in this writ petition, notice to them in this writ petition is dispensed with.
3. No prejudice will be caused to the first respondent, if the aforesaid representation of the petitioner is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing objections from the respondents 2 to 4 as well as any other party whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 25.11.2025 seeking for issuance of sub-division patta in his name, after hearing objections from the respondents 2 to 4 as well as any other party whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of
receipt of a copy of this order. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 25.11.2025. No Costs.
