This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to not to harass the petitioner. 2.It is seen from the records that there is a property dispute between the parties by virtue of agreement of sale dated 24.02.2016, entered into between the parties. This dispute can only be resolved before a Civil Court and the police will not have any role to play.
