O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to reinvestigation the case in C.C.No.54 of 2014, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Ulundhurpet. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner a case in Crime No.1 of 2014 has been registered and after detailed investigation, a charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.54 of 2014 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ulundhurpet on 29.01.2014. The learned Judicial Magistrate has also taken cognizance in C.C.No.54 of 2014 and the trial is pending.

3.It is seen from records that the case in C.C.No.54 of 2014 is at trial stage. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered. However, the calendar case is of the year 2014, the Court below is directed to complete the trial proceedings within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
