(The case has been heard through video conference) This Court by its earlier order dated 23.04.2021, directed the learned counsel for the appellant to take steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant before the next hearing date and had also made clear that if steps are not taken, the Second Appeal shall stand automatically dismissed for non-prosecution. Till date, steps have not been taken by the learned counsel for the appellant to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant.
