ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the FIR in C.S.R.No.1477 of 2014 upon petitioner's complaint dated 28.12.2014 and investigate in length in the context of the complaint as per law within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court and report the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on the ground that both the parties have arrived at settlement.

4. A copy of the Closure Report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.

5. On a reading of the complaint, it is seen that the dispute is with regard to return of lease amount, which is purely civil in nature.

6. In view of the above, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
