ORDER

The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to survey the petitioner's property comprised in S.Nos.296/1, 318/2A, 88/2B, 63/2, 249/1, 249/2 and 249/3 situated at Thiyagarasanapalli (Nallaralapalli), Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District by considering the representation dated 06.12.2022 within a stipulated time.

In order to survey the land of the petitioner situated at Thiyagarasanapalli (Nallaralapalli), Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District comprised in S.Nos.296/1, 318/2A, 88/2B, 63/2, 249/1, 249/2 and 249/3, the petitioner had given an application on 06.12.2022 and had paid the necessary fee on 05.12.2022. Therefore, in order to consider the said application, the petitioner has moved the present writ petition.

3. Heard Mr.M.Mohammed Riyaz, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 2/4

respondents would submit that the said application submitted by the petitioner dated 06.12.2022 would be considered and the needful would be undertaken by the respondents within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

5. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for herein and having regard to the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order: That there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 06.12.2022 and do the needful by completing the survey within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
