This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 7(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27677 of 2024, dated 08.11.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 7(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27677 of 2024, dated 08.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 4.
