This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the case in C.C.No.246 of 2015 from the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Perambalur and transfer the same to any other District.

2. The petitioners seek to transfer the case in C.C.No.246 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Perambalur. Now, almost four years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Perambalur is directed to complete the trial in C.C.No.246 of 2015 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed.
