O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanchipuram District at Chengalpattu in Crl.M.P.No.401 of 2018 dated 25.01.2018 as the petitioner should appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chengalpattu, instead of appearing before the respondent police station.

2. The petitioner was granted Anticipatory Bail in Crl.M.P.No.401 of 2018 on 25.01.2018, by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanchipuram District at Chengalpattu, on certain conditions, one of which is that, the petitioner should report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. The petitioner has filed the present petition for modification of the above said condition, on the ground that, when the petitioner went to the police station, he was not permitted to sign the register. On 14.08.2018, this Court issued the following direction. ''4. Be that as it may, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Police everyday at 10.30 a.m. from 20.08.2018 till 27.08.2018. When the petitioner comes for reporting, she shall not be harassed.

5. Post the matter on 27.08.2018 in the admission list.''

3. Today, Mr.E.Radhakrishnan, Special Sub Inspector of Police, D3 Palur Police Station, Kancheepuram District, is present.

4. On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has complied with the direction issued by this Court on 14.08.2018.

5. In view of the above, the said condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required.
