This contempt petition has been filed to punish the Respondents in accordance with law for their willful disobedience of the order in W.P.No.28690 of 2016 dated 18.08.2016.

2.There is a substantial compliance of the order in terms of the calculation memo filed by the Respondents. The learned counsel for the Petitioner also confirms the same.

3. Considering the same, this contempt petition is closed. However, liberty is give to the Petitioner to send appropriate representation to the Respondents if any amount has not been paid by the Respondent to the Petitioner.
