ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the Impugned Notice of the Respondent issued in Na.Ka.No.0062/2016/A3 dated 23.03.2016 and for consequential direction, to direct the respondent to renew the lease period relating to shop No.6 in Panchayat Union Shopping Complex at No.6 , Panchayat Union Building, Court Street, Tiruppur-641 601 for further period of three years in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.92 Municpal Administration and Water Supply Department dated 03.07.2007.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and that too, the said lease period was also been expired. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. It is open

to the respondent to proceed further in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
