ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.219 of 2014 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Dharmapuri.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that after ful-fledged trial in C.C.No.219 of 2014, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dharmapuri passed a judgment dated 03.03.2021, acquitting the petitioners.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the proceedings in C.C.No.219 of 2014 has been ended in acquittal, by judgment, dated 03.03.2021, against which the respondent preferred an appeal before the Sessions Court. 4.Since the proceedings in C.C.No.219 of 2014 has been ended in acquittal, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition.

5.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
