O R D E R

The present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner

alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.17482 of 2010 dated 21.06.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent.

3. Today, when the Contempt Petition was taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the service benefits of the first and second petitioners, viz., A.Parthasarathy and R.Alamelu, have been settled and insofar as Elumalai, second writ petitioner, he had passed away and his legal heirs also have received the service benefits and the remaining two writ petitioners, viz., S.G.Saroja and R.Dhakshayani, have also passed away, but, their legal heirs have not approached the Corporation for receiving the service benefits and if the legal heirs of the 4th and 5th writ petitioners address any representation to the Corporation for payment of service benefits due to the deceased employees, the same will be settled to them as per law.
