Comp.A.No.1645 of 2003 in C.P.No.130 of 1999 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This application has been filed by the Administrator to direct the Official Liquidator to settle the Bank Loans.

2. The learned Official Liquidator would submit that the said bank loans were settled, however, since the Administrator was discharged, she is unable to trace out the records for the loan amount of a sum of Rs.52,888/- and Rs.41,937/-.

3. Considering the submission made by the applicant, this application is ordered as prayed for.

4. It is also made clear that if no settlement was made, the learned Official Liquidator is permitted to settle the said bank loans.
