This contempt petition has been filed against the non-compliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.1175 of 2005, dated 22.04.2009.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the order and direction issued by this Court dated 22.04.2009 in W.P.No.1175 of 2005, has been complied with. She has also produced a copy of the Government Order No.596, Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department, dated 08.12.2010, to that effect.
