ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On the allegation of the petitioner that respondent Nos.3 and 4 have encroached on Thanthai Periyar Street, on the southern side of Cuddalore-Chittor Road (Near Post Office Bus Stop), Nellikuppam Town, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the learned Government Pleader states that the allegation of the encroachment has been found to be correct on verification, as 600 sq. ft. has been encroached by respondent No.3 and 250 sq. ft. has been encroached by respondent No.4.

2. Taking into consideration the aforesaid stand, respondent No.2 will take necessary steps to clear any encroachment in accordance with law within a maximum period of two months of the receipt of this order.

3. The writ petition, accordingly, sands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2014 is closed.
