ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Section 4 (1) (aaa) r/w 4 (1-A) of TNP Act in Crime No.16 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) reported that the accused person had been arrested.

Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), that the accused persons have been arrested there is no question of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to work out his remedies in accordance with law.
