The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that sofar, the relief sought for in the writ petition has not been fully complied with by the respondent and they sanctioned the Educational Loan only for Rs.3,03,800/- instead of Rs.3,47,760/-. Cont. Petn. No.625 of 2010 request for sanction of Educational loan was of the year 2009 and hence, now the petitioner is not pressing the contempt petition.
