This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent Police to provide protection in order to enable the petitioner to lay the pipeline. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that the pipeline was laid last week and police protection was also given.

3.Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
