This petition has been filed challenging the docket order passed by the Court below dated 19.12.2023, refusing to extend the time granted by the Court below for complying with the conditions imposed against the petitioner while suspending the sentence pending disposal of C.A.No.633 of 2023.

2. This Court carefully considered the submissions made by 1/4

learned counsel for petitioner and the materials available on record.

3. The time granted by the Court below to comply with the condition is extended up to 19.02.2024. The compliance of condition shall be done before the VI Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, to which the case has already been made over. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted and if the petitioner does not comply with the condition within the extended time, it is left open to the Court below to secure the petitioner and to make him undergo the sentence imposed by the trial Court.
