When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks correction in Paragraph No.1 of the order dated 27.02.2024.

In such view of the matter, Registry is directed to delete paragraph no.1 of the order dated 27.02.2024 and replace the following in the said place and issue a fresh order copy:

"This Original Petition has been filed to appoint the petitioner as guardian to sell the minor share property, namely, Pranali Kamlesh Gurbani and deposit the share amount in any nationalised Bank."
